At MAESON, we ensure that your order is processed with care, speed, and precision. Our shipping options and delivery times may vary by country. Please note: business days are Monday to Friday. Our office and warehouse are closed on weekends and official Dutch public holidays.


The Netherlands

Belgium, Luxembourg & Germany

  • Shipping costs: from €6.99
  • Free shipping on orders above €100,-
  • Delivery time: 2–4 business days

Rest of Europe

Applies to: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden. (Please note: we currently do not ship to Switzerland.)

Rest of the World

Including the United Kingdom, among others. We ship worldwide, with the exception of Venezuela.

Please note: import duties or customs fees for countries outside the EU are not included. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by local customs authorities.


Home Delivery

Our deliveries are handled by DHL. If a delivery attempt fails, the package may be dropped off at a DHL service point. Always bring valid identification when picking up. If someone else collects the package on your behalf, a written authorization and a copy of your ID are required.


Delivery Issues

Missing Package

Should your order not arrive, please contact our team via info@maesonclothing.com. We will then start an investigation with the carrier, which usually takes 2–3 business days. Upon completion, we will offer a suitable solution.

Please note: we cannot issue a refund for packages registered as delivered. If both the carrier and the customer maintain their statement (delivered/not received), we may send a replacement package.

Missing Products

Check your packing slip upon receipt. If an item is missing but listed, please contact our support team within 2 business days.

Damaged Packages or Items

Did you receive a package that is visibly damaged?

  • First check the contents before accepting it.
  • Refuse the package if items are missing. The courier will then return it to our warehouse for investigation.
  • Take photos of the damage (box and contents) and send them to info@maesonclothing.com. We will ensure a quick solution.

If the damage was not reported directly to the courier, we unfortunately cannot process the claim. Severe damage includes, among other things, open packaging or large tears through which garments could disappear.
