General Questions
How do I track my order?
We process and ship orders within 24–48 hours of receipt. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. With this tracking information, you can follow the status of your package via our carrier's website.
When will I receive my order?
We work with reliable shipping partners to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Current shipping times and rates per country can be found on our shipping page.
When will I receive my refund?
Upon receipt of your return at our warehouse, we process your refund within 10 business days. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation via email. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 3 days for the refund to be visible in your account. If you have not received a refund after this period, please contact us at info@maesonclothing.com.
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. Read all terms on our returns page or contact our customer service.
How do I create a return?
Send an email to info@maesonclothing.com with your order number within 30 days. You will then receive our return instructions. Follow the steps in the email to complete your return.

How do I find the right size?
Consult the size chart on the product page, under the size finder button, to determine your ideal size.
A size is sold out – can I receive a notification?
Yes. Click on “Size not in stock?” next to the desired size and leave your email address. You will automatically receive a notification when the product is available again.
How do I care for my MAESON clothing?
Always follow the washing instructions on the label. General tips:
- Wash in cold water with a mild detergent.
- Turn clothes inside out.
- Air dry clothes to maintain fit.
- Avoid bleach and high temperatures.
Does MAESON offer gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards are available through our webshop and are sent directly digitally to the recipient, including a personal message.
Do you have a warranty on products?
We stand behind the quality of our products. Manufacturing defects or irregularities will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Contact us if you notice a defect.

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, MAESON ships worldwide with our logistics partner DHL. View the shipping page for current rates and delivery times.
What are the shipping costs?

- Europe: from €6.99
- International: from €9.99
All prices listed include VAT and import duties.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process quickly, cancellation or modification after placement is usually not possible. Therefore, always check your order carefully. Returns are, of course, possible within 30 days.
I have not received an order confirmation — what now?
First check your spam folder. Have you not received a confirmation within a few minutes? Then send a message to info@maesonclothing.com with your name and email address.
My tracking says “delivered,” but I have received nothing.
Check:
- your delivery address and surroundings (neighbors, reception, parcel box)
- whether a delivery note was left behind
If you cannot find your package, contact the carrier or our team via info@maesonclothing.com. We will help you trace the package.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange instead of return?
Yes, the first exchange shipment is free. Send an email to info@maesonclothing.com with the item you wish to exchange. We will then send you the instructions and ship the replacement item once the return shipment has been received.
What should I do with a wrong or damaged product?
Send an email with:
- your order number,
- a photo of the defect,
to info@maesonclothing.com. Our service team will immediately arrange a suitable solution.
What if I am outside the return period?
Contact our team. In some cases, we offer a voucher or exchange option as accommodation.
