Thank you for your purchase at MAESON. We want you to be completely satisfied. If this is unexpectedly not the case, you can easily return or exchange your order within 30 days of receipt. 


Returns Policy Summary

  • Return period: 30 days after receiving your package. The shipment must be returned to us within this period.
  • Condition of items: unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including all tags.
  • Shipping costs: return costs are at your own expense and vary per courier/country.
  • Refund: after arrival at our warehouse, we process your return within 10 business days. You will receive confirmation as soon as the refund has been processed. It may take up to 3 business days for the amount to be visible in your account.
  • Track & Trace: track the status of your return with the Track & Trace number from your shipping party.
